Really, Inc. (“Really,” “us,” “we,” or “our“) operates the http://really.re website, other associated websites, the Really mobile and desktop applications, our APIs, and any and all other methods we may employ to provide access to Really’s software platform(s) and services (collectively the “Service“).
Information Collection, Use and Disclosure
Really or one of our designated service providers may collect Information and / or other data that you voluntarily provide via the Service, on third-party websites and applications, or offline in connection with your Really subscription, which may include (but not be limited to) your name, address, e-mail address, credit card number, billing information, contact information, address book information, uploaded data, real estate listings, MLS data, referrals and referral agreements, communications, comments and other similar information. For example, Really and/or our service providers collect Information when you register for and use the Service or, submit Information to, or search for information within the Service. This Information is used to provide you with the Service and to communicate with you, as well as to improve the quality of the Service overall and your experience using the service.
We (or our service providers) use any credit card or payment information we acquire from you solely to fulfill your subscription order or any other Fees owed to Really. Consistent with the choices you make when providing certain types of Information, Really may use your Information to provide you with suggestions (such as potential referrals or other users to invite to or connect with on the Service), content we believe might be relevant, special offers, and promotions via various means within the service and elsewhere, including, for example, via e-mail, as well as included it in aggregated, anonymized form for the purpose of improving the Service as it is offered to you and other Really customers.
