(“Really,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) operates the https://reallyhq.com/ website, other associated websites, the Really mobile and desktop applications, our APIs, and any and all other methods we may employ to provide access to Really’s software platform(s) and services (collectively the “Service”).

Please read this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy,” and collectively with our Terms and Conditions, and if applicable our End User License Agreement and any other similar customer agreements, which are incorporated herein by reference, our “Terms”) carefully before using the Service. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth elsewhere in the Terms.

This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, commercial information, MLS information, public and private discussions held within the service, real estate listings, referrals, referral agreements, Log Data, Device Data (each as defined below) and any and all other data you may provide us via the Service when you use the Service (collectively “Information”).

We will not use or share your Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Information for the purposes described in this document, including making the Service available to you and to others, providing you with certain features of the service such as suggesting to you certain content contained within the Service or elsewhere, as well as improving the Service and its capabilities. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of Information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions and / or End User License Agreement.

Information Collection, Use and Disclosure

Really or one of our designated service providers may collect Information and / or other data that you voluntarily provide via the Service, on third-party websites and applications, or offline in connection with your Really subscription, which may include (but not be limited to) your name, address, e-mail address, credit card number, billing information, contact information, address book information, uploaded data, real estate listings, MLS data, referrals and referral agreements, communications, comments and other similar information. For example, Really and/or our service providers collect Information when you register for and use the Service or, submit Information to, or search for information within the Service. This Information is used to provide you with the Service and to communicate with you, as well as to improve the quality of the Service overall and your experience using the service.

We (or our service providers) use any credit card or payment information we acquire from you solely to fulfill your subscription order or any other Fees owed to Really. Consistent with the choices you make when providing certain types of Information, Really may use your Information to provide you with suggestions (such as potential referrals or other users to invite to or connect with on the Service), content we believe might be relevant, special offers, and promotions via various means within the service and elsewhere, including, for example, via e-mail, as well as included it in aggregated, anonymized form for the purpose of improving the Service as it is offered to you and other Really customers.

Really may share your Information with our affiliates (including affiliated websites under common ownership or control) and designated service providers. Really may share with other third parties information about our users, such as your use of our website(s), our application or other websites, and the services provided on the website(s), via the application or on other websites, but only in an anonymous and aggregate basis. Consistent with the choices you make when providing certain types of Information, Really may also share your personal information with a sponsor or other third party (“Third-Party Provider”) that provides you with special offers or promotions that may be of interest to you. Really is not responsible for the Information that you or others choose to disclose to other users or publicly via the Service, and neither Really’s nor other users or third parties’ use of such Information is subject to this Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and Security of Information

The security of your Information is important to us. Any Information you provide to Really is kept on secure servers. Really uses reasonable administrative, technical, policy, personnel, and physical measures to safeguard personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification; and to ensure the integrity of the personal information.

By using the Service, you agree to only provide information that is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and true at the time you provide it. To help us protect your privacy, you should maintain the secrecy of the logon ID and password you may have set up in connection with your use of the Service.

Please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, via an app or mobile device, method of electronic transmission generally, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.

To access, review, rectify, or delete your Information covered by this Privacy Policy, please use the account setting features of the Application, and / or contact us and requesting that we do so. All requests must include the following: first name, last name, and e-mail address and “Privacy” in the Subject line. While Really will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we also reserve the right to impose certain restrictions and requirements on such access requests, if allowed or required by applicable laws.

Transfer of Personal Information to Other Countries

Some of the uses and disclosures mentioned in this Privacy Policy may involve the transfer of your Information to various countries around the world that may have different levels of privacy protection than your country. By submitting your Information, you consent to such transfers.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our provision of the Service to you and other users, to perform Service- related functions and/or to assist us in analyzing and improving how our Service is used and in the development of our other products and services. Log Data

Really may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device or app (“Log Data”).

Depending on the permissions you have set on your device, and whether or not you have “opted-in” when requested by the Application / your device to activate access to certain types of data your device is capable of providing to services and applications similar to Really, when you access the Service using a mobile device or app, we may use and store certain information provided by that device, including but not limited to information about your location, contact information, calendar information, and other similar data provided by your device (collectively “Device Data”). We use this Device Data to provide or make more effective certain features of our Service (for example, but not limited to, to suggest content, contacts and potential users of the Service and to customize the content the Service presents for you), and for the overall improvement of the quality of the Service and our other offerings. Even after “opting in” you can stop sharing Device Data with the Service by disabling the sharing of Device Data in your device’s settings. Really, Inc. may use remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you have visited our Service. We, and our third-party vendors, use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.
